This all-levels non-heated vinyasa-style flow is designed to be accessible, uplifting, and community-focused, with an emphasis on breath, mindful movement, and compassion.
Registration is free, though we kindly request a cash donation at the door. 100% of donations will be directly donated to Autism Speaks to support autism research, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families.
This class is open to everyone-whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat. Come move, connect, and give back while supporting a cause that touches so many lives.
