🔹 40-Min Vinyasa Flow – We’ll begin with a dynamic sequence focused on warming up your body and preparing for backbends.
🔹 40-Min Shoulder & Spine Movements – Explore targeted mobility work for different levels to safely open your shoulders and spine enabling you to deepen your backbends and unlock tension.
🔹 10-Min Counter Poses – Bring balance back to your body with gentle movements that restore harmony in your spine and shoulders.
🔹 30-Min Meditation + Sound Healing
Candle meditation (Trataka) to sharpen focus and calm the mind
Tibetan sound bowls
Savasana with immersive sound healing

Non-Heated Flow lead by Sydney O., registered mental health counselor, Pilates and Yoga instructor. Teens ages 13-17, join us for calming breathwork, move through a feel-good sequence (no yoga experience needed!), and end with a guided mediation to help you chill, reset, and recharge.
