Infrared Heated Flow

Heated by infrared heat and conventional heat, feel the power of movement in our Heated Flow Yoga class. This class is designed to elevate your practice and leave you feeling energized, flexible, and focused. Flow seamlessly through a series of invigorating poses, linking breath and movement for a continuous and challenging practice. Warm Power & Stretch

Powered by infrared heat only, this class blends the strength building intensity of power yoga with the mindful release of deep stretching, all set in a warming environment designed to detoxify and energize your body from the inside out. This dynamic power flow will challenge your balance and focus, incorporating intermediate to advanced postures, and options for arm balances or deeper backbends. Between powerful sequences, you will flow into intentional stretches leaving you feeling open and relaxed. 

Infrared Heated Power

Heated by infrared heat and conventional heat, Heated Power Yoga Class, a dynamic fusion of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a heated studio environment. Led by passionate instructors, this class is designed to challenge and invigorate your body and mind. Ignite your inner fire with powerful poses, flowing sequences, and controlled breathwork, all set to an energetic soundtrack. The heated room promotes detoxification and deepens your stretches, enhancing overall flexibility. 

Non-Heated Flow

Yin Yoga

Find your inner peace in the gentle embrace of our Yin Yoga class, a tranquil journey into stillness, mindfulness, and deep release. This class invites you to slow down, unwind, and cultivate a sense of balance amidst life’s demands. 

Yin features gentle poses and mindful breathwork perfect for all levels. We offer both non-heated and warm do be sure to check before booking!

Infrared Heated mat pilates & Sculpt

Turn up the heat in this challenging and dynamic fusion of Mat Pilates, strength training, and infrared therapy. This class blends modern Pilates with targeted sculpting exercises using light weights and resistance bands to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance muscle definition. The infrared heat helps increase circulation, promote detoxification, and deepen flexibility, allowing you to move with greater ease and efficiency. Non-Heated Stretch/Recovery YOGA

Experience a specialized yoga class tailored to the unique needs of those highly active, including those who may walk a lot at work, do heavy lifting, athletes, and competitors, or those looking for a place to start their yoga journey. This class offers a holistic approach to recovery, combining dynamic stretches, targeted poses, and mindfulness techniques to help you regain balance and enhance performance. This stretching will improve your flexibility and mobility. This is perfect for beginner yoga. 

Breathwork - MEDITATION - SOUND HEALING

Immerse yourself in a 45-minute journey designed to balance your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. This unique class blends different types of breathwork, varied meditation techniques, and sound healing to create a deeply restorative and transformative experience.

You’ll open energetic pathways, practice breath patterns that awaken, ground, or soothe the nervous system, and move through guided meditations ranging from mindfulness to visualization and mantra. The session culminates in a sound bath using bowls, chimes, and other instruments to harmonize your frequency and leave you feeling centered, peaceful, and renewed.

Infrared Warm Yogalates

Yogalates is a fusion of yoga, pilates, and sculpt combining the best elements of all three disciplines for a balanced, low-impact workout. Heated by our infrared panels. This class blends the flexibility, mindfulness, and breathwork of yoga with the core strengthening, posture alignment, and muscle toning exercises of pilates. Through a series of flowing movements, stretches, and strengthening exercises, participants improve their balance, flexibility, and overall body strength. Yogalates focuses on building a strong core, improving posture, and enhancing body awareness while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
