At Winter Park Yoga, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We believe that yoga is for everybody and strive to create a supportive community for all of our guests.

At Winter Park Yoga, our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. They provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in our classes.
Our Classes
At Winter Park Yoga, we offer a variety of classes for all levels. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, maintain mobility, and reduce stress and anxiety. We offer non-heated options as well as heated yoga classes powered by infrared heat.
